Environmental Policy
AD Roads is committed to sustainable development throughout our construction operations. As such, AD Roads recognises its responsibility to conduct all of its operations in a way which will minimise and reduce the impact on the environment and its natural resources. Setting objectives, measuring progress and communicating results will achieve continual improvement in environmental performance.
This environmental obligation is the responsibility of managers, supervisors and employees at every level of the company. To deliver sustainable development, we will:

Ensure the policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of AD Roads

Ensure the policy is appropriate to the nature, scale and environmental ipacts of all of its acticities, products and services.

Communicate AD Roads' Environmental Policy and procedures to all employees and ensure they area aware oftheir environmental obligations with respect to AD Roads' operations;

Comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, statutory obligations and relevant voluntary codes of practice;

Make business decisions that work towards achieving sustainable development and a reduction in pollution;

Commit to prevention of pollution and to support environmental protection by conserving resources, reducing waster and eliminating or minimising adverse environmental effects and risks tht may be associated with our services and operations;

Work with our clients and other stakeholders to help them achieve their environmental objectives and obligations;

Periodically review and revise our Environmental Policy and procedures to maintain their relevance and to continually improve our environmental management system to enhance our environmental performance.
We will respond to the environmental challenges in all areas of our business and it is the responsibility of every employee to implement this policy.
